So far it's my biggest plane by about 6 inches - even bigger than the Vulcan and WOT4! Hoping I will see if it likes the air soon before I consider the undercarriage...

  3. Did you get the sound module for it to??? ;) ;)

I think I might have to build a spitfire

No sound yet, but yes everyone should have a spitfire at least once...

There's a few I've found but mostly balsa based which is why I went for the flight test plans with mods to strengthen it.

Just remember if you're using depron the slot sizes will need adjusting as it's thicker than dollar tree foam. Other than that I was quite impressed at how strong the wing spar was by facing it front and rear with lite ply.

  9. I have to rebuild the wing on my Lil Ripper, the cf tube broke, but I was going to try my first hand at paper wrapping. I did some scrap pieces and it really impressed of how strong it really is. So that might be what I would do to the Spitfire.

If I'm happy with it's flight characteristics then that's what I'll be doing with mine as it does make them so much stronger.
And paint is really really easy to apply too.

Looks like Jay is blessed and a talented builder as well. I'm not surprised if he's a talented parkjet designer too

    Kudos!

Adding to what I've finished now. PI Pak Fa T-50 G2 prototype.

Shout out to Bimo! Just about finished his Parkflyers International F-15. We'll see how she does against A the RCpowers version. I built it early this year and love it. 20161117_044849.jpg
