Plans printed... fresh X-Acto blade... hopefully no blood spilled!
Cutting done, glueing in progress!
Lightweight build, foamtac w/fiberglass tape reinforced folds.
Maiden flight today!
Absolutely no trim needed, flew well, tight loops and glides beautifully.
No video :-(
Needs paint though.
.... very good news.
Be sure to post up your color scheme.
Printed my plans today!!!!!
You're going to love it. I had a blast with both the original and the MKII.
Is there some building instruction manual for the MKII version?
All throughout this very thread... yes.
All the tips... tricks and mods you could ask for.
Thanks a lot, Tom.
I am planning to build one soon.
If I have questions I will contact thru the thread.
Cheers from Brazil
Excellent ... we're here to help and share ideas. It truly is a fun little plane to fly too btw.
Don't be shy about asking questions, offering suggestions or just some good ole back and forth banter.
Keep us posted
Thanks, my friend
Hello RCUrso! As Tom says, the build instruction is here in this thread in the first post where JettaManDan posted pictures. Also there is this MK1 video which is almost the same... Good Luck!
That is a great vídeo, Greg. Awesome. Thanks. Silvio
Painted the bottom today. Not sure why but I had the desire.
That carbon fiber pattern looks awesome! How the heck did you do that?
I am guessing using the drawer liner?
Looks super cool!!
