So sorry to know it didn't work on the first maiden homey. I'm sure you'll get it sorted out, just as the F/A-18. Love to watch your expression again on the A-10
Such beauties, Andy. And also the twin twins. Welldone!
Well, not much of for some mods. My only concern would be the v-tails strength research, more research

now to wait for that dreaded day to maiden the twin, balanced with everything wiggling correctly shes ready.sounds nice with the twin motors, modified the bottom to protect the esc,s.which also gives me a better grip for the launch DSCF1682.JPG DSCF1683.JPG

a nice day although nippy on the ole fingers but now both A10s have flown, didnt film the maiden as I needed total concentration and luck, not knowing how she was going to react she was launched into the wind, oops not enough elevator she belly flopped onto the ground and bounced back into the air so hit that throttle and away she went,a pity it was not on film but away she went to a successful maiden with cheers and laughter from my onlookers, ive got some video which looks ok so will post soon. video of the twins second flight,i had to share my air space with this flight but not to bad, although it was a cross wind all the time she handled it fine, dont know if its the bigger span or the curved wing tips but she flys slower but with the same top speed. although you cant tell the speed because of the clear blue sky.i just love the sound of the twins.

  14. Great job Andy, twins do sound awesome.

  16. Once you get it dialed in you will love it. Now you need to install rudders. ;)

the 4th and last flight of the day, lovin it already even without rudders(will be on the to do list),ive had a beer so the nerves are now calm,i need to fit some foam of some sort in front of the mike to stop that wind noise, this vid probally has some of the best footage and even though both planes are balanced the same the twin is far better inverted needing virtually no imput.flyers are going to love this plane how ever they build it.and a happy new year to every one on rc powers, roll on warmer weather.
