Yes, I noticed! I saw something similar with the Mesa rc boys with the j20 and they get good results too. Good work Bob!

    Thank-you F1
However the MESA J-20 student project is awesome but is only like my F-16 FALCON in that it is a mid-motor-mount foam park jet.
The "5EZP" Falcon is fundamentally different in it's structure and approach to modeling.

I really should revisit the J-20 sometime and render it in 3D.

I meant the way the prop wash is routed put the back. Looks similar.

    Sorry F1.
    Look again.
The MESA student J-20 has a standard "Open Box" design with a forward over fuse similar to my F-35.
The structures in the prop wash are quite different between the two planes and do not even "look similar".
Apparently F1, you have not become acquainted with my new "Trident-Tail" concept.
Check out my build video for the "5EZP" Mirage, F-4 Phantom, and A-6 Intruder.
My new F-16 config IS similar to these.

Oh now, come on F1 you stuck your foot into it.
I'm just having a little fun with you.
But seriously Check out my "trident-tail" concept. I think you'll like it.

To be honest, I was trying to compliment Bob and didn't look that close. I'll be sure not to do that again I think maybe you thought I was saying that you based it on their design?

I am building it right now. Trying to decide on control surface types. KF2, full length, half, or none? Slats? I really only fly scale patter and high alpha.

Flying scale patterns and high alpha may change when you build these quick profile styles...they beg to be abused:)

This will be my 4th profile park jet. The last 3 were the mig29 v1. I am currently flying the f-18v3 and got my self into trouble with all the power. Coming from the world of 3D cap 232 and edge 540's Themis power is a little crazy. My 29's were flown on a 1100kv motor.

"beg to be abused" ... I actually like that analogy and how it sounds. It would also do well to explain this obsession to thrash on your foam.

Would also help to explain some of my issues ?
