    Yes, me to!
You have been a great help with your explination of how to set my expo's. First chance I get I am going to get it in the air. I surprized myself that I put it back together. It is white with a bunch of grass stains for color. I'll call it the Chloroplast or Alphaphill! I guess I need to hone my comic routine?

I love that plane! I have a 9x and used DR without expo during my first flight. Now I like to fly it without DR or Expo. A great toy to throw around in the air.

    hope the weather improves soon!
    Good luck Incisal!

    Airflow,
I think you are right, Wait, I know you are right. This plane can fit anywhere in your car to take anywhere. One other thing I like about this plane, with my eyes not seeing small things so far away, I can fly this pretty close and not loose the plane in the sky.
Maybe it would help if i didn't close my eyes when flying?;)

Haha! Yeah, Keep your eyes wide open, it's almost summer and the grass grows high. No problem, just fly! When I had my maiden voyage in the middle of winter, the ground was frozen so I landed in a tree ... ;-)

Yes the Alphajet can be used for much more than just flying. Birdhouse, cultivator, Lawn mower etc.;) ...The plane got stuck at a height of 47 feet:D

    Maestro,
Yah, I was wondering when someone was going to say something about those bushy catepillarss! I use the Contour Roam 2 and I set it up to record, there is no screen, so I seem to capture my best features of Video. Ha Ha:cool: I'll make sure I get a trim before I fly the Alpha again, no gaurantees that those eyebrow catepillars won't show up again!:)

Yes, I am sorry incisal, I could not resist.

At this time about a hundred funny comments come to mind regarding the hairy bush you show on YouTube with PG rating but I will restrain myself!

I like how you're videos are the raw deal, no editing, what you see is what happened!!

Keep them coming!! I will comment!

    Maestro,
I will take all the fun you can give! I even get it from my wife about my catepillers. I will send a video when the weather permits me to fly again!

Mine came out heavier than everyone else since I used dollar store foamboard with the paper still attached. It still flies great! Though no high alpha.... 051213123914.jpeg 051213123733.jpeg

I used hot glue to build it, I think alot of the weight came from that.....I'll use foam-tac on the next one....actually it will do some high alpha and tight turns...but just not the same as some of the others that I have seen video of.....especially not as well as those night fliers.....

Now that I went back and re-looked at some of the earlier videos posted, I see that my Alpha Jet flies just as good as everyone else's....I just have it in my head that I have a heavy one because it is built with the paper on.....but it's fine....it's a fun plane! :)
