For the 7x4 you might have to adjust the prop slot a little bit but it should be easy.

    Otherwise great setup!

Hi PW0, I have exactly the same setup that you are looking to use, except the prop, 6x4 worked better, have tried 7x4 and 7x5.

Yeah! Maestro, that Turnigy motor, plush esc and 6x4 prop works great on this vessel

I used Nano tech, but changed to Zippy 1300/30-40c my Nano thech wasn't good, one cell died after 4 flights. Yes you are right about the propellers, you dont have to use pushers. just reverse the motor.

I do not know if pusher props are the same as the r style apc props.

    I always use these http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__22423__APC_Style_Propeller_6x4_2pc_.html

    Same prop just standard.

I am not an expert on prop rotation and that sort. For in depth info upu might want to look for posts by Luke warm as he is very knowledgeable about these things.

The lipo would be great! Not to heavy, I found the 2200 to add some weight making it just a little bit less agile.

If you use pushers, you don't have to reverse the wires but tighten the nut firmly, I know... :)

well..i'm worried..the fields are planted and growing...the ones you saw us flying in may not be usable....the one next to it is not planted but may be heavily overgrown...the lower area near the water will be clear..but then a flame out results in a splash....i may need to seek an alternate location. :(

i think the one Greg built that Chip now has is faster than mine...i do think if i spend the time to round over or tape over all the leading edges it would help..but i also put the rudder servo directly in the prop wash...kinda hard to take it out now...i may have to try it...i'm using almost 3/4's throttle to keep it going well...and i think the design is more efficient than that....so my blocky building techniques are not doing me any favors...

here are a few High Res Pics of mine in flight...
