hey i was in the middle of epoxying the lower fuse to the flat fuse, epoxy mixed starting to lay a bead, she walks into garage and drops her robe, wanting to play, i told her she was going to have to wait a minute till i was finished, well that didn't go over to well

I don't think you made the right choice f4mnect. It only takes a few minutes to mix up more epoxy. It'll take the rest of your life for her to stop reminding you of that moment! Good luck with that! And by the way, this plane is not as good as and won't give you as much pleasure as a happy wife...

Placed an order for RG30 9mm EPP sheets, noticed that I got some spare room left for another plane without my wife going nuts about it, hopefully ;)

You need a control horn on each aileron at the hinge that the servo is connected to, then you need one horn on the back of the top and bottom uploadfromtaptalk1363092899928.jpg ailerons that are connected

This it a neat smaller plane that your wife will love. My wife thought it was a nice change from parkjets.

I have already a Crack Yak and Crack Yak Lite ;) she likes those planes as they are not loud and I usualy bring them home in one piece. Also most people tend to stay and have look while I fly those.

I will build the beast like a rcfactory crack Pitts for the details (stiffeners, linkages etc)

That's a good choice Pilot_X. The crack pitts it an excellent plane. I was looking at the pitts when Jay suggested we make one of our own! I was thinking of adding side force generators but it is extremely stable at all angles as it is. I have a set of landing great from the pitts I may add as well.
