Thanks i had them colors, so just did a scheme i need brown paint the light blue is what i had ..

I think i will do them all like that then fog in some body gray on the light blue area

Yellow band means the warhead is live the brown band means the rocket motor is live aim-9_wide.jpg

Well got to say i am a pretty happy camper I got stuff done today, glued few more pieces on wings . made them missiles, as well just finished making drop fuel tanks and started on some GBU 12 smart bombs as well as the AGM 12 bull pup missiles so 3 weapons and a drop tank on each wing should look trick and good enough

thinking tomorrow have bottom of wings skinned and start working on the aileron section want to have it pretty much together before i attach the wing give me room to work better

    Good night everyone IMG6952.jpg

34 inch span don't sound much but that looks huge, money pit maybe but what a model, ive been looking at lots of these scale depron/balsa builds lately but I still got to take the plunge.

its actually bigger will get final dimensions when she is together . i made a mistake when i assumed the wing span and length when putting the cut out prints sorta together lol she is more in the 42" wide mark and 51 long

Personally this build has been a breeze, sure more time spent , and costs are more Balsa etc but end result is a scaled version of what ever your building .
Its how far a builder wants to take it

I guess the weight saving over balsa /fibreglass builds must be halfed.im going to have to have ago as there are limits on bigger models just using depron.

When you complete this project, please give me the specifications (Weight, power system, batteries, wingspan, length, etc..)
I am just starting to build edf's, and I always build with too much weight compared to thrust. I also have trouble with the proper location of the EDF and balancing.

Looks good and keep up the good work.

Its the only way to go helps keep thngs true and square people are going to be shocked when i weight this bird empty
Thanks for coming by once she is done will have a complete spec as for building heavy planes only suggestion i would tell anyone is go find that hot glue gun you have and throw it in the Garbage
Because that is what it is Garbage :)

People use it to much and that is where most of there weight exists its in the glue hot glue should be a last choice for any builder maybe used in repairs after crashes .
But again the plane is already on its last legs :)
