  1. If you shrink the plans you also shrink the wing area , you might even have a higher wing loading %

If you decrease the size of the plans you will increase the wing loading.

  4. Mine was first. :D

Not knowing the weight comparison of the 2 foams is also what I was getting at for the wing loading. Because all the gear's weight will stay the same so right there the wing load will be higher that alone.

Yes, 1g more for 6 inch square doesn't sound like much but can add up to a lot over the whole plane. I found a 50% increase in weight with the elmers foam board I used. For example, my F117v2 weighed 29 oz or something like that in foam board but 22 oz in depron. To get it to fly I would have needed a larger, heavier motor, larger esc, larger battery for the same flight time which adds even more weight. Just wanted to give you a heads up since high wing loading on parkjets can do more to reduce performance than an under powered motor and changes the whole flying characteristic of the plane. Anyway, let us know how you are making out, Jpotosky.

Built by F1wannabe.....added a lemonrx with stabilizer...which has limited range. Other than that...it works well. It is turned on and off with a switch...I turned it off briefly, and the crosswinds immediately reminded me why I should leave it on...
