All this talk is making me hungry, boys. Think I'm in the mood for some plastic wrap ravioli stuffed with sand.....

Thank you, I already suffer with arthritis and I think I have encountered carrageenan in a carbonara sauce which I could not eat. It said new extra creamy taste, in fact it was a slimy mess that made me gag so I do avoid that crap.
I think most people would do better if they avoid all those dreadful fast food outlets.
I think they are part of a government conspiracy to kill the lower socioeconomic population along with mindless desensitizing crap shown on TV.
Not only are they doing it to their own population, the Coca-Cola culture is killing people all over the world with their processed crap.
I bet I get banned for this.

They can take me down too then.
They don't want us dead, they just don't want us living long enough to collect a pension. The medical system seeks to "mine the human resources" so to speak.

I know. They said in 1988 I could retire at 55 and now I have to go to 67. I`ll probably die of pneumonia in a few years time if it doesn`t stop raining.:D

If you're wise you don't count on a pension, or anything for that matter, and plan your life accordingly. I rely on no one. If everything goes as planned I'll be semi-retiring this year at 49, at the least I'll be working a whole lot less.

    Fingers crossed!

Mission accomplished. Bought a house in the Kootenays, where the sky is clear, the water is blue, and the people are happy to see you.

Grains are bad on the system, but wheat is the worse in the bunch. Especially just getting over a bad cold or something like that.

Welcome to the "other" BC. Your's is a bit more temperate than my Kamloops desert, and more beautiful I think as well!
    Looks great.

Arrived home yesterday morn to see 15 bald eagles thermalling in lazy circles at the end of my street, driving back for another load last night we got to watch Keremeous burn.

They'd taken off by the time I'd returned with my camera. Got some pics of the wild turkeys that roost in my trees. Also a bat.
