flys nice, not sure passegers and cargo would approve of looping though lol.
They were told to put on their seatbelts and they didn't so I had to teach them a lesson.
Annie has some color now, not sure what to call the scheme or if I am really happy with it but it has color.
It seems to have a Ladybird, Owl, Butterfly theme going on. Nice
Looking at the 2nd last picture (top view from the front) it has angry eyes on the horizontal
Like an Owl
Almost coastal first nations to me. I like it. Good job.
She looks beautiful! Nice job!
Thanks, if I known it had eyes I could have continued with a nose and mouth scheme.
Any idea when the plans for this one might be available?
When ever you want? Would you like the flat wing or the one with dihedral wing, both have airfoils? The very first one was the flat wing easier to reinforce the spars, I used a 6mm flat cf strip, the dihedral is a little tougher because it isn't very tall and for me I used 2 1/64" plywood spars plus the two foam pieces to create the spar. BB56 I believe is building both and the dihedral one he is going to use balsa strips for the spars.
The second build I also scaled it up to 120% not that the first one didn't fly good just something to do when it is cold outside .
I might add even though the first one (flat wing) had a short life it flew good right out of the box, I just wanted my 6 servos back for the new build.
love the eyes, and really beautiful on skis.
I`m getting close to finishing the AN2.
I thought I would post some pics to prove I wasn`t lying
That looks awesome Ian, even color coordinated drop cloth.
I didn't even knew I drew eyes until I walked to the front side of the plane.
Dude, that`s like my super cape
hey did you take any pictures of the cut modifications for the elevator and rudder?
No, but I could.
I have made such a neat job of it you can hardly see where I have relieved the rudder and joined the two elevator halves with 3x1 mm carbon strip.
I know I could see something and I only saw two servos well done master.
